Receiving Broken Merchandise - All of our merchandise is inspected for
damage prior to shipping. If you receive merchandise that is broken,
please
report all damaged merchandise to Apple City Scents Candle Company at
applecityscents.com , please contact us within 3
business days from the
delivery date as well as to hold onto the original packaging as well as
the
materials that were used to fill the package.
If you desire to return merchandise to us:

The merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging.
2. The merchandise must be in resalable condition.
3. The customer pays the shipping fee.
4. The customer is to email us at orders.applecityscents.com for return
authorization.

Please report any missing merchandise or order
mistakes within 48 hours of
delivery. After 48 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order
was completed accurately.
Shipping Information:
Shipping is via USPS and the shipping will be charged based on order value as follows:
Order Total of $0 - $15.00; Shipping Fee is $4.95.
Order Total of $15.01 - $25.00; Shipping Fee is $5.95.
Order Total of $25.01 - $50.00; Shipping Fee is $7.95.
Order Total of $50.01 - $74.99; Shipping Fee is $9.95.
Order Total of $75.00 or more; Shipping is FREE.
All orders will be shipped within 7-10 days after receipt of
payment.
***Insurance is optional as I cannot be held liable for items lost or
damaged by the postal service. USPS Insurance is an additional charge and
is based on the total purchase amount.***
Note: If you would like to add insurance to your purchase please let me
know in the special note section at check out and I will add it to your
total. If paying via Paypal you will receive a
second invoice for payment from paypal for any
additional shipping insurance fees if you wish to add it to your
order.
Shipping is to the continental United States Only.
